FinShastra Research Foundation (FRF) is a non-profit trust established under the Indian Trust Act of 1882. Its mission is to foster a self-reliant community for financial value addition among lawyers, aligning with the evolving business landscape to enhance decision-making and contribute to India's ambition of becoming the third-largest economy by 2030. FRF is dedicated to making quality finance education accessible to every Indian household and aims to provide affordable financial planning services to all.

The organization is governed by a body of esteemed professionals and academicians, including Padmasree Prof Ajoy Kumar Ray and CMA Manas Kumar Thakur, among others. The Board of Studies and various committees oversee the educational and research activities of FRF.
